About the Program
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help individuals and teams build sustainable habits that support mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and whole-person health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based tools that empower employees to navigate stress, strengthen self-awareness, and show up more grounded, focused, and fulfilled — at work and beyond.
