In 2018, I experienced an intimate tragedy that turned my world upside down. What felt like a near death experience, served as a catapult to awaken a hunger for life within me.
As a result of this experience, I was introduced to the use of creative expression as a tool to heal from trauma. Not only did that experience help bring light into my life, it also made clear that I have the power to heal the deepest darkest parts of me and the power to create the life I want to live moving forward.
From that moment on, I decided to create spaces for others to become the creator of their own story. A story completely designed by self, and one in which the person thrives.
As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Arts and Trauma Healing facilitator, my goal is to walk alongside you on your journey to fulfilling your vision of a life well lived. I will be an accountability partner and support system as you work to achieve your goals and become your optimal self.
